Crispy crunchy bread perfect for fall soups and salads.

[yields 1 loaf]
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 2 tsp salt
- packet of fast-rising yeast
- up to 4 cups flour
- 1 head garlic, minced
- 2 handfuls ice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 405 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine hot water, honey, salt, and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes, until yeast is bubbly and activated.
Add in flour and minced garlic, stirring with silicone cake spatula until ingredients are combined enough to knead with hands.
Transfer dough to a flat surface coated in flour and knead into a circular loaf. Transfer loaf to a baking sheet sprayed with cooking oil.
Let rise for 20 minutes uncovered. After 20 minutes has passed, use a sharp knife to slice the top of the loaf. I did an X pattern, but you can do whatever design suits you.
Bake for 20 minutes, take out and let cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
